  • Served as Design Lead for an in-person early discovery Design Thinking workshop at the IBM Chicago office, facilitating stakeholder and SME sessions to assess current-state workflows, identify pain points, and uncover business needs. Guided alignment around data and AI opportunities, capturing strategic requirements to shape a future POC and inform the roadmap of the solution development.

  • Led UX strategy, UX research facilitation, and experience definition for a fast-paced engagement focused on enhancing the Visa Access platform experience and information architecture. Leveraged AI and IBM Consulting Assistant (ICA) to accelerate research synthesis, insight generation, and delivery. Directed UX research planning, stakeholder collaboration, and experience strategy to align user needs, business goals, and future-state platform opportunities.

  • Shaped future-state enterprise experiences and helped modernize internal platforms through strategic UX and design system alignment.

  • Developed executive-ready decks, proposal materials, and workshop presentations through visual design, content refinement, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to communicate strategy, product vision, and business value for the following clients:
