About Me

Hi, I’m Alicia, an award-winning product design manager and visual designer based in Dallas, TX.

With over 15 years of experience, I started my career as a visual designer. I developed a deep appreciation for storytelling, visual communication, and the human side of problem-solving. That creative foundation continues to shape how I approach product design today.

Today, I lead product strategy, UX research and design, and partner with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and transform complex workflows into products that create measurable business value.

Over the last decade, I've led design teams and helped organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies define strategy, improve operations, and deliver user-centered experiences. Whether I’m facilitating discovery workshops, reimagining enterprise platforms, or shaping AI-powered experiences, my focus is on helping cross-functional teams move from uncertainty to clarity, from ideas to execution, making complexity feel effortless, and building products people actually use.

I believe great products emerge when business goals, technical possibilities, and human needs are considered together.

Design Leadership

I believe leadership extends beyond delivery. Throughout my career, I’ve invested in mentoring designers, facilitating collaborative workshops, supporting community learning, and creating spaces where skills, creativity, and growth can thrive.

From coaching emerging talent to leading cross-functional design teams, I’m passionate about helping people build confidence, find clarity, and grow in their craft. I also don’t just consider myself a “Manager” but a Creative Leader who shares ownership of the company’s responsibilities and vision.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with several exceptional brands and companies.
