TITAN (Air Operations)

The Titan project aims to replace SWIFT, an outdated software system that the Network Operations Control (NOC) team currently relies on. Although SWIFT efficiently maintains Southwest operations, the ultimate goal is to shift most of its functions to OpsSuite. Aside from SWIFT, employees also use multiple systems, websites, Excel documents, and other tools in their daily tasks.

The team kicked off the project by obtaining knowledge and observing the Superintendents of Dispatch (SODs) who work in the Network Operations Control (NOC).

I examined the guidelines for changing flight schedules, such as turning, canceling, rescheduling, or updating, and completed the same initial training as other SWA employees.

Comprehend the software programs SODs and other Dispatch workers utilize to see how they interconnect.
