Created a GenAI procurement experience powered by D&B data and IBM WatsonX capabilities. I facilitated a design thinking workshop with a cross-functional team, stakeholders, and SMEs to understand procurement workflows, pain points, and system dependencies, which informed the development of a “golden thread” future-state end-to-end user journey.
